To avail the facilities of this clinic, all you have to do is refer the patient to Dr. Jinu's Dental Clinic & Endodontic Centre along with the duly filled in referral form and a prior appointment. Please mention the medical history, the treatment required and other comments if any in the referral form.
It is our policy to treat patients solely for the treatment for which they have been referred. Our dentists will never undertake any further work without your consent and they will always refer your patient back to you for their continuing care.
